Panzo Appointed President-Elect of ARCOS

April 2014

Julia Panzo, program manager of the Orthopaedics and Podiatry residency programs for the Department of Orthopaedics, was recently named president-elect of the Association of Residency Coordinators in Orthopaedic Surgery (ARCOS). She will spend an additional six years on the board of directors including two years each as president-elect, president and past president. Panzo has served as secretary and member-at-large of the ARCOS board of directors for the past four years. She also serves as the fellowship coordinator for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery where she assists with Sports Medicine and Hand Fellowship programs. “This honor recognizes Julia’s dedication and outstanding leadership with these programs. Her efforts are why we’re able to offer outstanding training at Wexner Medical Center,” says Andrew Glassman, MD, professor and chair of Orthopaedic Surgery.
