Notes: Dr Najarian joined the orthopaedic staff at OSU Sports Medicine in 2009. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedics for the OSU College of Medicine. His clinical and research areas of interest are injuries to the shoulder and the knee.
A native of New York, Dr Najarian attended undergraduate and medical school at Georgetown University. He did his orthopaedic residency at UMDNJ in New Jersey. He then completed an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. During his fellowship he served as an assistant team physician for John Carroll University, the Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, The American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
