Patients who are deaf, deaf-blind, hard-of-hearing, or speech-disabled can call one of the phone numbers available through Ohio Relay Service and ask to be connected to a desired phone number at OSU Wexner Medical Center.

Preparing for Your Appointment
Please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in at Registration desk, and then go to clinic reception desk. Please bring the following items to your appointment:

• Printed and completed forms in Patient Packet for Orthopaedics or Patient Packet for Orthopaedics Oncology if you are new to our clinics.
• A referral from your Primary Care Provider. Please check with your insurance company to find out if you need to obtain a referral before you can see a specialist physician.
• X-rays, notes, reports or any other documentation regarding your condition from the Emergency Department or a referring physician.
• Insurance card, photo ID, and co-payment

Driving Directions and Parking
You can view driving directions and parking information for all Wexner Medical Center buildings by visiting OSUWMC Directions and Parking web site. Free courtesy shuttles run between select sites during office hours. To obtain a free shuttle ride outside normal operating hours, please call OSUMC Park & Ride at (614) 293-8669.
